15-Axis Automated Synergy: While the standalone unit operates with 7 axes, this dispatched unit integrates a 15-axis full-automation loading and unloading line. The system utilizes a high-performance Han Tian vacuum suction mechanism to handle raw sheet feeding and finished component unloading without manual intervention.
Micron-Level Form Accuracy: Delivering an edge straightness accuracy of ±0.1mm/m and angular precision of ±1°/m, ensuring uniform, zero-defect production across cold plates (up to 1.2mm), stainless steel (up to 0.6mm), and aluminum plates (up to 1.5mm).
Intuitive Control Platform: Powered by a Windows 10 industrial operating system, allowing operators to import 3D CAD files directly, automatically calculate bending sequences, and shorten setup times for small-batch, multi-variety production runs.

Sealed with heavy gauge vacuum anti rust packaging and anchored with heavy duty monoblock steel chains, the entire 15 axis automated bending line is housed in fumigated sea worthy wooden cases, ready for rapid installation upon arrival.
