(1) Host characteristics

● Both the upper tool post and the flip tool post are made of high-quality alloy steel . After welding, they are tempered and quenched to relieve stress before processing, which can effectively eliminate deformation factors during use, thereby ensuring the consistency of the straightness and forming angle of the processed workpiece.

●The entire frame adopts a welded structure , and after welding, it undergoes tempering treatment to eliminate stress, improve its rigidity and strength, ensure its accuracy and stability during use , and have a long service life;

(2) Control system

The control system adopts a host computer CNC system plus a motion control card. The host computer CNC system has a user-friendly human-machine interface and supports graphical visual programming. This system possesses excellent position calculation capabilities, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of automated production. The motion control card itself supports 24 axes, expandable up to 64 axes, and supports EtherCAT bus control, enabling high-precision motion control.

Off-center load detection system: can intuitively display the off-center load of the two axes, ensuring bending accuracy;

Graphical visualization error-detection programming: Users only need to input bending dimensions and instructions, and the system will automatically complete the programming and display the forming result. Users can compare the results to ensure consistency.

Automated production line interface: can be connected to upstream and downstream production equipment to achieve automated production;

Simple programming: The parametric programming method allows customers to complete operations such as filling in material information, setting processing technology, adding various compensations, previewing graphics, and debugging workpieces within a single interface, greatly ensuring the simplicity and convenience of customer operation.

Rich process instructions: The interface integrates conventional bending processes such as upward folding, downward folding, arc bending, and overlaying, as well as typical special process instructions such as edge beam overlaying and U-shaped bending. This can improve the convenience and accuracy of customer programming and meet the processing needs of various workpieces.

Compensation database function: The interface integrates a compensation database function, allowing customers to freely set commonly used sheet metal compensation data and flexibly select and call them to reduce the workpiece debugging cycle and reduce sheet metal consumption.

V. Cooperation to be provided by the user

(1) Power supply:380V, 50HZ, voltage fluctuation range is -5% to +10%; when the voltage fluctuates greatly, the user must equip a voltage regulator, otherwise it will cause low voltage electrical appliances to be in an abnormal working state, the life of electrical components to be reduced or damaged, the processed products to be scrapped, the motor alarm to stop working, the computer hard drive to be damaged, etc.

(2)Air source:Dry and clean compressed air with an output pressure of 0.6 MPa or higher, with a supply volume of 0.3 cubic meters per minute.

(3) Ambient temperature: -20°C to +40°C; below -20°C, components that may contain water , such as oil-water separators and gas tanks, will freeze. The lubricating oil will become too viscous due to the low temperature, affecting the lubrication effect and causing damage or failure of the components.

(4) Ambient humidity: relative humidity 20-80%RH (non-condensing).

(5) Keep away from strong vibration sources and electromagnetic interference; if the distance is too close, the user must be equipped with a filter, otherwise it will cause problems such as computer screen flickering, LED light flashing, driver alarm, encoder abnormality, or interference with other nearby devices.

(6) An environment with little dust and no harmful or corrosive gases.

(7) The foundation shall be prepared according to the supplier’s foundation drawing.

(8) The user should select personnel with a high school education or above, who are proficient in basic computer operations and can work in this position for a long time for training.

VI. After-sales service

(1) During the equipment warranty period, if the failure is caused by the quality of the equipment itself, our company will be responsible for free replacement or repair of parts, excluding consumables and vulnerable parts (such as suction cups). We will provide free technical support for life, or basic labor costs and parts costs outside the warranty period.

(2) For each device, our company will establish a unique "user profile" to track and record relevant information about the user's use of the device.

(3) Our company will promptly inform customers of the software upgrade status. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, the original system will be used free of charge for life, and we will provide free daily software upgrade services.

(4) During the operation of the equipment, after-sales personnel will conduct regular customer visits to understand the operating status of each piece of equipment, inspect the equipment, eliminate potential hidden dangers, and guide customers in maintenance. At the same time, we will also understand the operating status and maintenance status of each piece of equipment in various ways, and provide our suggestions in a timely manner to ensure that each piece of equipment operates efficiently, cost-effectively, and with zero failures.

(5) After the equipment malfunctions, our after-sales service department will provide you with a solution in the shortest possible time.

(6) Response time: After-sales requests received between 9:00 and 18:00 on weekdays will be handled by a dedicated person within 1 hour. Requests received on non-working days and holidays will be responded to before 8:30 on the next working day and repair personnel will be dispatched 24 hours later.

(7) On-site service time: If an engineer is required to perform on-site repairs, customers within the province are promised to arrive on-site within 24 hours; customers outside the province are promised to arrive on-site within 48 hours (except for remote areas, which can be negotiated).

(8) Fault resolution time: General faults (such as parameter adjustment, small component replacement) will be resolved on-site within 4 hours; complex faults (such as core component repair) will be resolved within a maximum of 72 hours. If return to the factory for repair is required, the timeframe and backup plan will be provided simultaneously.
